The Western Union Global Fellowship is a fully funded, 16- week program designed to help leaders and entrepreneurs to achieve product-market fit and scale their ventures. Fellows gain access to expert-led training, mentorship, and a global network of changemakers, everything they need to grow their impact.

What this Fellowship provides:

• A global network for entrepreneurs and community leaders. 
• Expert-led workshops on sales, business growth, metrics, and funding.
• Mentorship from world-renowned entrepreneurs, leaders, and alumni.
• Pitch coaching to help grow their venture.
• Lead a Basecamp that enables Fellows to impact the local community, grow their business and share their work
• Tools and strategies to achieve real, lasting scale.

Program dates: August 11–December 3, 2026 

Who should apply:

• Leaders and entrepreneurs supporting highly marginalized, refugee, or displaced communities. Applicants located in or creating impact in the following locations are encouraged to apply: United States, Costa Rica, India, Philippines, Lithuania, Argentina, Italy, Brazil,Peru.
• Applicants should have an established business model and be actively serving customers or beneficiaries in historically underserved communities. All legal business structures welcome: for-profit, nonprofit, social enterprise.
