The Growth Challenge is a 12-week accelerator program specifically designed for rural entrepreneurs with market-validated businesses ready to scale. This program is about growth AND about building a foundation for long-term success.
If you’ve completed the Idea Factory or are currently in-revenue with measurable market validation, the Growth Challenge is your next step.
During the Growth Challenge, you’ll meet with a cohort of 6–8 companies every other week, leaving a free week in between for homework, including a short weekly update video. By the end, you will know your WHY, customer discovery and market fit, go-to-market strategies, financial forecasting, and more. You’ll be prepared to discuss your business with investors or lenders.

WHO IS THE GROWTH CHALLENGE FOR?
- You’ve already been through the Idea Factory and/or your business has clear momentum
- You are generating revenue, even a small amount
- You have a repeatable, validated business model that’s ready to scale
Rule of thumb: If you have sales (even modest), feel your idea can grow beyond your community, and are motivated to grow, then you are likely ready for the Growth Challenge.
