Each month, the Rural Women in Entrepreneurship group inside the Startup Colorado Community comes together for a virtual hour of connection. February’s meetup will be co-hosted by Kristine Carey of Naturally Colorado.
This hour is casual, fun, and easy to drop into. We talk about what we’re currently working on, share our stories, and pool our resources to help each other get to that ‘next step’ on the long entrepreneurial road ahead.
The format is simple:
- 15–20 minute talk from our co-host
- Rounds of 1:1 connections with other community members
- Come and meet fellow women entrepreneurs from all over the state to discuss current topics and trends in business
About our co-host:
Kristine Carey is Executive Director of Naturally Colorado, where she leads strategy, programming, and community-building for the state’s thriving natural and organic products ecosystem. She is also the founder of Brand Guide, where she helps CPG startups and growth-stage companies define their brand voice, craft authentic messaging, and build long-term customer connections.
Previously, Kristine served as Vice President of Marketing at MyChelle Dermaceuticals and Healthy Skoop, leading product launches and brand growth strategies. With two decades of experience in branding, marketing, and community leadership, Kristine is passionate about helping mission-driven businesses grow with clarity, creativity, and purpose.
