Each month, the Rural Women in Entrepreneurship group inside the Startup Colorado Community comes together for a virtual hour of connection. January’s meetup will be co-hosted by Cory Warden, founder of Legacy Lab App.
Each month, the Rural Women in Entrepreneurship group inside the Startup Colorado Community gathers to have a virtual networking conversation. This hour is casual, fun, and easy to drop into. We talk about what we’re currently working on, share our stories, and pool our resources to help each other get to that ‘next step’ on the long entrepreneurial road ahead.
The format is simple:
- 15–20 minute talk from our co-host
- Rounds of 1:1 connections with other community members
- Come and meet fellow women entrepreneurs from all over the state to discuss current topics and trends in business
About our co-host:
Cory Warden is the founder of Legacy Lab App, the Estate Organizer. Like many people, Cory didn’t fully understand how critical it is to have a clear legacy plan in place until her mom passed away and she suddenly found herself responsible for settling the estate. That experience opened her eyes to how overwhelming and painful the process can be without essential information organized and accessible.
Today, Cory’s mission is to educate the two-thirds of adults who don’t have a will and encourage them not to wait for a crisis to get prepared. She created the Legacy Lab App to make that preparation easier: a secure, user-friendly tool that helps individuals organize important documents, decisions, and wishes in one place. When the time comes, the right people can access what they need so loved ones can act with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
Free and open to all Colorado women working in business and business support.
