COMMUNITY FUNDING
Entrepreneur meetups, workshops, and startup weeks are integral to building a vibrant startup ecosystem. We support events of all shapes and sizes across the state. Whether you’re a business support organization launching a networking power hour or a community organizer welcoming remote workers into the community, we’re here to help. Apply for a community funding sponsorship of up to $2,500 to elevate your startup events and networking initiatives.

WHY APPLY?
Our grants support rural entrepreneurs that are eager to level up their business but need a financial boost to get there. With financial assistance, you can engage in business-related events or take advantage of educational opportunities that can shape the future of your business and community. Our grant program is here to lighten the financial burdens of registration fees, travel expenses, or other hurdles that are standing between you and the acceleration of your business.
Similarly, our Community Funding program has helped realize entrepreneur events across the state. We’ve supported everything from major gatherings like the Power of WE in Salida to the launch of a monthly meetup in Sterling. Sponsorships typically cover event management costs, food and beverage expenses, and marketing fees.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Awards of any size up to $2,500 per business/organization.
HOW TO APPLY:

APPLICATION DETAILS:
- Rolling Basis: Applications accepted continuously while funding allows.
- Decision Time: Monthly decisions, ensuring a swift response to applications.
- Award Disbursement: By the 15th day of the following month, or once all documentation is received—whichever comes first.
