That sparked my entrepreneurial side\, and I grew a small computer training business\, learning a lot about running a company along the way. From there\, I moved into the corporate world\, helping natural gas compression companies design hands-on training programs for their field teams. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in scaling businesses\, workforce development\, and relationship-building\, which naturally led to my work in economic development here in Southwest Colorado—supporting entrepreneurs\, strengthening local companies\, and helping our communities thrive.
