Since 2021\, she has also served as the manager of The Block: Commissary Kitchen & Events in Fort Morgan\, where she empowers local entrepreneurs and fosters a strong sense of community through food and small business support. She also co-hosts Food Truck Fridays\, founded the Fort Morgan Farmers Market at The Block\, and contributes her time to the Food Coalition of Morgan County and the Morgan County Waste Coalition. \nFree and open to all Colorado women working in business and business support.

She comes to FSWCF from the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado (HCC) where she was the Executive Director. Prior to her role at HCC\, she served as the Director of the Minority Business Office of Colorado at the Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT). McDonough is credited for developing the statewide vision for OEDIT focused on supporting small minority- women- and veteran-owned businesses. Rosy was born and raised in Mexico providing her with a deep sense of biculturalism. She spends most of her free time with her three girls and husband. Her home is a tri-lingual and culturally diverse household with languages and diverse interest in Chinese and Latin cultures and traditions. \nNaya Rodriguez was born and raised in the San Luis Valley and brings over nine years of banking experience\, including seven years in consumer and commercial lending. As Lending Specialist with FSWCF\, she guides entrepreneurs through funding programs\, processes applications\, and manages the loan portfolio. She’s passionate about small businesses as the heart of our communities and enjoys time with her son\, riding her motorcycle\, and singing outside of work.
